Orked's Ultimate Cheese Dessert Indulgence

It was Sunday when Zahirah asked me on Facebook if it's possible to order Orked's Cheese Dessert with FIVE TYPES OF CHOCOLATES!

I was pretty surprised with her request because to me, Orked's Maltwickers Cheese Dessert is the most I can handle as it is packed with THREE TYPES OF CHOCOLATES: Maltesers, Twix and Snickers in the creamy cheese layer. I made Maltwickers Cheese Dessert last weekend for a function at home. As usual, I experimented my desserts on my family before officiating it for sale. And everybody approved it! Alhamdulillah! However, Zahirah's request is one odd request. I couldn't help myself! I was so tempted to attempt this extremely chocolate-y dessert and actually, accepted her order! So, I calculated the price for this ultimate dessert and Zahirah agreed on paying for it. Happily! Yes, the chocolate fanatic, Zahirah was in pure bliss when I confirmed her order. *giggles*

Orked's OreoTM Cheese Cake

This is the first time I have ever baked cheese cake since I've opened this site to the public. However, this isn't my first time baking cheese cake. But my first time baking cheese cake with Oreo^TM biscuits. Confused? You should be. *giggles*

Usually, I will only bake cheese cakes for special occasions. Because baking cheese cakes are tedious! I need to have two mixers on just to make a pan of cheese cake. So, I made a survey on cheese cake recipes and derived the simplest method of baking cheese cake. But this time with Oreo^TM biscuits.

I baked this for my fiance's mother's birthday "sungkai" celebration yesterday. I have been wanting to attempt the recipe I came up with but have been very busy with uni assignments and all. However, Babu's birthday celebration is a special occasion and a great reason for getting on with attempting Oreo^TM Cheese Cake. Here, I present you Orked's Oreo^TM Cheese Cake.

Alhamdulillah, it was a success. The sugar measurement was just nice and it's a square (9 inches by 9 inches) cheese cake too. Suitable for servings in bite size squares. And the good news is... It's yummy!

I haven't calculated the price for this cake yet. But I will soon...

Orked's Dark Chocolate Mud Cake: OVERSIZED!

This cake was ordered by my sister for our dearest cousin's 21st birthday, Maziyyah also known as Maja. My sister wanted it in big size because the cake was for servings of more than 30 persons since she has arranged a BBQ gathering at Muara Beach.

To our surprise, Maja managed to bring home the leftover of her birthday cake, which was more than half of the cake! So, I assume that this cake could serve up to 70 persons.

Oversized Orked's Dark Chocolate Mud Cake (14 inches by 10 inches) is selling at the price of $70. Extra charges will be charged for fresh fruits decorations. The edible icing image was prepared by Amylea Icing Image Printing.
